Dawn worked for a few companies doing bookkeeping before founding Falkofske Engineering, Inc. with Tim in 1987.
Dawn grew up in small town Wisconsin, graduating from Ellsworth High School in 1979. She lived on the east coast for a few years before moving to Denver, Colorado where she met Tim. They were married and moved to Arlington, Texas in 1982. They have two children who are adults with careers of their own.
