Arturo Posada

My whole life, I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. I Graduated from Castleberry High School and haven't looked back since. I pursued an IT career going to MyComputerCareer in Arlington, Texas, but shortly after graduating, I decided I wasn't fit to be in the industry. Although I can be tech savvy and have enjoyed building my PCs, sitting behind a desk wasn't for me. Ironically, my most recent work experience says otherwise. I was an estimator for two companies while going to school for my IT career, sitting behind a desk. The work involved looking over drawings and specifications for Mechanical duct work, indoor commercial plumbing, and hydronic HVAC systems both above ground and below ground. In addition, I learned how to prepare proposals and am glad to say that I have sold these companies over 1.2 million dollars plus projects due to my efforts in gathering accurate bids. I love feeling engaged and involved in my current position here at Falkofske Engineering as a field technician. I get the best of both worlds working inside and outside. When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my Wife, Gabriella (a proud stay-at-home mother and a freelance artist), and my son Mason. We go out fishing, hiking, and camping and still manage to play some video games.
