Eric is an engineer in training with Falkofske Engineering, specializing in residential structure design, but also experienced in a variety of engineering aspects. During his senior year at The University of Texas at Arlington he was connected to Falkofske Engineering via UTA’s Cooperative Engineering Education/Internship program. Following half a year internship and completion of his undergraduate studies, he was hired as a full-time employee with Falkofske Engineering. He continued his study of structural engineering through UTA’s masters of engineering program in order to broaden his knowledge base of analysis and design. Eric gladly strives to produce efficient engineering designs that exhibit thoroughness and clarity while collaborating with colleagues and clients to achieve the goals set out before them.
Outside of the office Eric enjoys the usual - spending time with family, serving in church, relaxing at home, games, grilling, and food. Some of his favorite outdoor activities include: fishing, camping, kayaking, sports, and hunting. He enjoys building things – whether it be small projects around home or a scaled down model for fun. For entertainment he prefers live shows, especially a good comedy.
Eric’s career aspiration is to become a licensed professional engineer in the state of Texas. He is planning to take the P.E. exam in October of 2017 and is hopeful for a satisfying, successful career in Structural Engineering.
